Server Operation

Living Legends Roleplay operates as a FiveM roleplay server in full compliance with CFX/FiveM Terms of Service and the Creator Platform License Agreement.

By joining our server or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms, our server rules, and all applicable CFX/FiveM policies.

What Are Diamonds?

Diamonds are donation credits — not in-game currency. They are redeemable exclusively through the in-city VIP Menu for cosmetic imports including vehicles, clothing, jewelry, bikes, weapons, and housing.

Diamonds represent a thank-you gesture for supporting Living Legends Roleplay — not a purchase of virtual goods or services.

Diamond Restrictions

• Diamonds are NOT in-game currency
• Diamonds cannot be traded, gifted, transferred, dropped, or sold to other players
• Diamonds cannot be exchanged for in-game money, items outside the VIP Menu, or real-world currency
• Diamonds cannot be used at any in-city shop, business, or marketplace — VIP Menu only
• Diamonds have no monetary value and are not a virtual currency

Cosmetic Items Only

• All items obtained through diamonds are cosmetic only
• No items provide any gameplay advantage over non-paid alternatives
• All imported weapons perform identically to vanilla weapons of the same category
• 1 of 1 exclusive items are cosmetic variations only

Purchases & Refunds

• All Diamond Packages and Subscriptions are purchased through our official Tebex store
• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time — no partial refunds for the current billing period
• Unused diamonds roll over month to month but may be modified or removed at staff discretion
• Diamond balances, pricing, and tier benefits may be adjusted at any time without notice
• By purchasing, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older, or have parental/guardian consent

Redemption Process & Responsibility

• Players must redeem Diamond purchases using the /redeem command in-game
• After purchase, copy your Order Number (tbx-XXXXXXXXXX-XXXXXX) from the confirmation page
• Open chat (T key) and type: /redeem tbx-XXXXXXXXXX-XXXXXX
• Allow 2-10 minutes after purchase before the /redeem command will work
• You must be connected to the server when you redeem
• Order Numbers expire after 90 days
• Living Legends RP is not responsible for unredeemed purchases resulting from player inaction
• For assistance, open a support ticket in Discord within 7 days of purchase

Subscription Terms

• Monthly subscription tiers (Supporter, VIP, Legend) renew automatically each billing cycle
• A new Order Number is issued each month — players must /redeem it separately
• Unused Diamonds from previous months carry over to your balance
• Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not refund the current period
• Subscription benefits (Discord roles, early access) are active only while subscribed

VIP Diamond Shop — Location & Access

• The VIP Diamond Shop is located at the airport in-city
• Look for the gold money blip ($) on your in-game map
• Walk up to the VIP counter and press E to open the shop
• Players must be in-game and connected to the server to access the shop
• The shop is accessible 24/7

Item Availability & Shop Changes

• 1-of-1 exclusive items are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may be removed once claimed
• Living Legends RP reserves the right to add, remove, or adjust shop inventory at any time without notice
• Diamond prices for shop items may be adjusted at any time
• Previously purchased items remain yours regardless of shop changes

Asset Requirements

• All imports must be genuine and legally owned
• No leaked, stolen, or pirated assets — proof of purchase required for non-CFX assets
• No real-life branding — all imports must be fully debadged
• No copyrighted material — no Nike, Gucci, Ferrari logos, etc.
• No TOS-violating content
• Maximum of 3 imports per person, per category

Server Discretion

• Staff decisions regarding rule enforcement are final
• Access to the server may be revoked at any time for rule violations
• Diamond balances, items, and account privileges may be modified at staff discretion
• Server features, pricing, and policies are subject to change
• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in permanent removal from the community

CFX/FiveM Compliance

Living Legends Roleplay operates in accordance with:

• FiveM Terms of Service
• Creator Platform License Agreement
• Tebex Terms of Service (for donations)

No in-game currency is sold. This would violate CFX/FiveM Terms of Service. All in-game money must be earned through gameplay.
