Staff Rules & Discipline

• 1. No Dual Staff Roles

  Staff may not hold dual server staff roles on LLRP. Staff may be members on other servers.

• 2. Server Property

  All sensitive documents, player information, designs, and assets created for LLRP remain the property of the server owners and will not be removed or altered upon leaving.

• 3. Rulings Are Final

  Staff rulings are final during active situations. Disputes go through a proper Discord ticket — never argued in-game or via private DMs.

• 4. No Favoritism

  Staff apply rules consistently and impartially. Using a staff position to benefit friends, org members, or yourself outside approved mechanics is grounds for removal.

• 5. Evidence Standards

  When reviewing reports, staff require clear, unedited evidence with audio where applicable, and may dismiss tickets lacking detail.

Staff use a progressive system but retain full discretion based on severity, intent, and server population.

• Written Warning

  First level — you'll be told what you did wrong and given a second chance. In most cases this corrects the behavior.

• Community Suspension

  Second/third offense — strike(s) plus a community suspension. You remain in Discord but under closer examination.

• Extended Community Suspension

  Third strike — suspended for 7 days and required to pass a short rules test before returning. Admin may suspend longer if warranted.

• Permanent Removal

  After repeated violations or a first-time serious offense, you may be permanently removed from all community platforms. Some situations allow an appeal ticket.

• Strike Records

  All actions are logged. Strikes go inactive after 60 days but remain on record and can affect future staff applications.
