Civilian Rules

Value your life realistically at all times.

• Alone in an alley, held at gunpoint with no escape → comply.
• Gun pulled on you in a car → you may attempt to drive away, but risk being shot.
• Told not to touch your radio, phone, or panic button → comply or risk escalation.

No crime inside green zones. Running from a crime into a green zone is FailRP. Loitering removes federal protection.

• Police, EMS, and Fire stations (including car ports)
• Inside or under hospital awnings (no retaliatory crimes)
• Spawn locations — 2-minute grace period after spawning

You may only take items currently in the player's inventory. You cannot force bank transfers, sell vehicles, or take items from apartments/houses. Killing solely to rob is prohibited — there must be prior RP. Robbing a downed player is allowed only if the killing had proper RP.

All citizens may use bandages and/or add armor during active situations.

Maximum 6 civilians per criminal scene. Do not insert yourself into an ongoing scene unless directly involved (exception: calling for pickup after wrecking while fleeing police). No camping illicit areas solely to rob.

Do not purposefully bait police attention — burning out at intersections, revving at lights, or committing traffic violations near police to provoke a stop or chase.

All potential violence must have reasonable prior roleplay. Roleplay over gunplay is strongly encouraged. During org interactions there must be a 15-minute cooldown between major scenes in the same area.

You may voluntarily perma-death a character — notify EMS with /me when they arrive. Admin may enforce perma-death for repeat severe offenders or blatant toxicity. If admin-forced, VIP vehicles may be transferred. Do not delete the character until approved.

Not allowed. You are not Spider-Man, John Wick, or Jason Bourne. Your character is a normal human and must be RP'd as such.

Allowed if reasonable and non-sexual. The victim must be able to continue RP with functional body parts afterward (deformities may be kept if desired).

Framing another organization may result in perma-death. Requires senior admin approval via ticket from organization leadership before execution.

Animal peds require an RP ticket with backstory, explanation, and senior admin approval. Only the approved ped may be used. All animal RP must be realistic.
