Zero Tolerance & Bannable Offenses
These may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal without the standard warning system. All reports are investigated by senior administration.
- 1. Sexual Misconduct
Zero tolerance for sexual assault, rape, or non-consensual sexual RP — even with consent. Permanent ban, no appeal. No suicide RP or roleplaying mental illness.
- 2. Racial Slurs & Hate Speech
Zero tolerance for racial slurs, transphobic/homophobic terms, or hate speech on any LLRP platform. Targeted personal attacks are always prohibited.
- 3. Cheating & Hacking
Mods, cheats, scripts, or third-party tools granting any advantage is an immediate bannable offense. Includes unauthorized vehicle handling mods.
- 4. Ban Circumvention
Using alternate accounts while banned results in an extended ban or permanent removal of all associated accounts.
- 5. Lying to Staff / Evidence Tampering
Deliberately lying to staff, falsifying evidence, or abusing OOC features through deception is treated with escalated discipline.
- 6. Impersonating Emergency Personnel
Impersonating Police, Fire/EMS, DOT, or Communications is a bannable offense.
- 7. Dirty Cop RP
Permanent blacklist from all LEO departments on the server.
- 8. Persistent Combat Logging
Repeatedly disconnecting mid-scene to avoid consequences with no justification is a bannable offense.
- 9. Recruiting for Other Servers
Advertising or recruiting to other servers in LLRP Discord or in-game results in immediate removal.
- 10. Stalking & Targeted Harassment
Stalking, harassment campaigns, or sharing private info without consent across platforms results in escalated discipline up to permanent removal.
Ban Appeal Process
All ban appeals must be submitted through the official Discord ticket system.
Appeals are reviewed at staff discretion and are not guaranteed to be approved. There are no fees to appeal a ban.
- First Offense Ban
If this is your first ban, you may submit a ban appeal after 45 days from the date of your ban. Appeals submitted before the 45-day period has elapsed will be automatically closed.
- Second Offense Ban — Permanent
A second ban is permanent and final. There is no appeal process for second offense bans. You will be permanently removed from all LLRP community platforms with no path to reinstatement.
- How to Submit an Appeal
Open a ticket in the #ban-appeals channel in the LLRP Discord. Include your in-game name, Discord username, the date of your ban, and a clear explanation. Appeals without sufficient detail may be dismissed.
- Staff Decisions Are Final
All appeal decisions are at the sole discretion of LLRP senior administration. Arguing, spamming, or harassing staff over an outcome results in immediate permanent denial.
