Install FiveM
Download FiveM from fivem.net. You need a legitimate copy of GTA V — FiveM does not work with pirated versions.
Connect to the Server
Open FiveM, press F8, and type connect cfx.re/join/lq7kyo — or search Living Legends Roleplay in the server browser.
Set Up Voice
We use proximity voice chat. Test your mic before spawning. Push-to-talk is N by default.

🏙️ First Steps in the City
Create Your Character
Pick your name, appearance, and backstory. This is your identity in the city — put some thought into it.
Open a Bank Account
Visit a bank or ATM to set up your account for job payments and safe storage.
Learn Your Phone
Press M for your phone — jobs, contacts, banking, and more.
Get a Vehicle
During the 90-day promo, get a free vehicle import after 10 hours. Many starter jobs also provide vehicles.
Find a Job
Head to the Job Center to pick up a starter job. See the Jobs page for the full list.
Explore the Map
Drive around, introduce yourself, and get a feel for the city's layout and people.
📋 Core Rules to Know
These catch new players out most often. Full rules are on the Rules page.
Stay In Character
Once you're in the city, you're your character. OOC talk belongs in Discord, not in-game. Play out problems, then open a ticket if needed.
New Life Rule (NLR)
If your character dies, you forget the last 30 minutes. No returning to the scene or seeking revenge. See the NLR page.
No RDM or VDM
RDM = killing without RP. VDM = using your car as a weapon. Both are bannable. Every action needs RP justification.
No Metagaming
Your character only knows what they've learned in-city. No using Discord, stream, or OOC info in RP.
Value Your Life
Act like your character values their life. Don't make suicidal decisions — realistic fear matters.
Tickets Over Drama
If someone broke a rule, open a ticket — don't argue in-game. Bringing drama into public channels is itself punishable.
💰 Jobs & Making Money
Trucking & Delivery
Best starter job. Good money, low risk, no whitelist. Great way to learn the roads.
Mechanic
Repair vehicles for players. Whitelisted role with steady work.
Hunting & Farming
Low-key rural work out in the county while building cash.
Businesses
Open your own once established. Requires 2 players, open 4/7 days.
Law Enforcement
Whitelisted. Apply through Discord. Get some hours in first.
EMS
Whitelisted medical RP. High-demand and highly respected.

Want to start or join a gang or organization? Here's the full path.
Build Your Crew
You need a minimum of 5 members to form an org. Active, committed players — not alts.
Develop Your Story
Build your backstory in the city first. Staff want to see RP foundation before approving a whitelist.
Submit a Whitelist Application
Open a ticket in Discord with your org name, members, backstory, and intended direction.
10-Day Probation
After acceptance there's a 10-day probationary period before your org can go to war. Build your presence first.
Maintain Membership
Keep at least 5 active members. If you drop below, you get a 15-day warning to recruit back up.
Follow the Escalation Ladder
1st — Fists. 2nd — Melee. 3rd — All weapons. 4th — On sight. See Criminal Rules.
During the promo: 7+ gang members = FREE weapon import for your org. Claim it through a Discord ticket.

Open a Ticket
For all support, reports, applications, and issues, open a Discord ticket. Don't DM staff directly.
Talk to Staff In-City
Flag staff in-game for general questions. Formal matters must go through a Discord ticket.
Check the Rules First
Most questions are already answered on the Rules page. Staff appreciate players who read first.
