Planning Requirements
Successful heists require: crew members with defined roles, equipment (weapons, masks, getaway vehicles), intelligence (guard patterns, vault locations, escape routes), and often hacking devices or special items. Don't improvise.
Crew Roles
Every heist needs: the planner (coordinates operation), muscle (manages hostages, handles threats), tech specialist (cracks safes, disables alarms), and drivers (handles escape). Know your role and execute it.
Police Response
Banks trigger massive police response. Expect negotiators, SWAT, roadblocks, and helicopters. Your plan must account for this. Hostages are leverage — harm them and negotiations end. Time is against you.
Escape Planning
The heist isn't over until you're clean. Plan multiple escape routes, stash points for switching vehicles, places to hide until heat dies down, and safe houses to divide loot. Most busts happen during escape.

Create good RP even during crimes: interact with hostages, negotiate with police, have character moments with your crew. The best heists are memorable regardless of outcome. Losing gracefully creates better stories than winning messily.
